Ashley Romina, BCBA
Co-Founder
Ashley Romina, M.Ed., BCBA, is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst and with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Ursuline College and her Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education from Ohio University, along with completing her behavior analyst training through the Florida Institute of Technology.
Ashley is skilled in designing and implementing evidence-based interventions, conducting functional assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful skill acquisition. She has worked extensively in early intervention, specializing in naturalistic, play-based instruction such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), discrete trial training (DTT), and natural environment teaching (NET). She prides herself on focusing on family-oriented treatment goals that support a learner’s ability to generalize skills to their daily life, using the client’s family as a guide and promoting an interdisciplinary team approach. She is PECS Level 1 certified and actively engaged in professional development, with specialized training in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment. As both a clinician and advocate, Ashley values building strong, trusting relationships with families and team members, ensuring that each learner’s strengths and needs are met with compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to meaningful progress creating supportive environments where clients can thrive.
Beyond her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, gardening, cooking, and creating hand-thrown pottery. She is an active volunteer at a local cat rescue and finds joy in giving back to her community.
Jen English
Jen English is a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with nine years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Currently pursuing a Master's degree in ABA at Cleveland State University, Jen combines practical expertise with a passion for advancing the field and improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Bryan Watson
Bryan Watson brings over 15 years of experience in Behavior Analysis, having worked across diverse settings including in-home, classroom, and clinical environments. Bryan serves registered behavior technician as is a certified crisis trainer with Professional Crisis Management Association, providing training to staff and families in de-escalation techniques, behavioral strategies, and crisis management.
Bryan is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education through the Mandel Scholars Academy, with plans to continue on to a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition to his work in education and behavior analysis, Bryan has been a performing and recording musician for more than 25 years, collaborating with both local talent and Grammy Award–winning artists. He integrates his passion for music and the arts into educational settings through song, dance, and therapeutic art sessions, enriching the learning experience for children and families alike.
